About
Nice to meet ya

Being a designer is less of a role, and more of a lens through which I see the world. Creating experiences with a delightful flow, enabling one to stay in the present and not stress the transitions, is one of my biggest joys both as a UI designer and a creative human
I’m an extrovert who likes being chatty in grocery lines, but cherishes time alone in silence to upload the day, processing it bit by bit.
Place has always been a central theme in my work. In the last two years, I drew a lot of colored pencil landscapes, eventually overlaying them with decaying neon relics from oil’s heyday. I think a lot about the finiteness of oil, and how that leaves the United State littered with inviable suburban landscapes.
Further exploring this theme in other realms of my life, I like learning about adaptive reuse, being involved in community agriculture projects, and serving on the board of local civic associations to build climate & community resilience.
